Organic Hungarian Wax Peppers cooked down with vinegar and sugar to give a candied flavor. Think jelly or jam with a slices instead of chunks. We LOVE to eat them right out of the jar with cream cheese and crackers. We take these to ALL our parties. The remaining Red Sauce is wonderful to glaze vegetables and/or meats. Add to a bratwurst with Momma’s Mustard Relish for that Ketchup and Mustard experience.
