Our sweet and tangy version. Organic Hungarian Wax Peppers cooked down with apple cider vinegar and organic sugar to give them a candied flavor. Think jelly or jam with slices instead of chunks. We LOVE to eat them right out of the jar with cream cheese and crackers. We take these to ALL our parties. The remaining Red Sauce is wonderful to glaze vegetables and/or meats. Add to a bratwurst with Momma’s Mustard Relish for that Ketchup and Mustard experience.
